Frequently Asked Questions

If your question is regarding an order that has already been delivered, please give our office a call at (352) 224-5555!


- How does this work?

Enter your address on the homepage and then select a restaurant from the list on the left side of the page. Click on the name of the items you wish to order; you will be able to select any options available for that item and provide any special requests. When you are done adding items to your cart, click the Checkout button in top right-hand corner of your screen. Enter all of the relevant information, leave us a comment, stay near your phone, and we will be at your door in no time with your food!


- What are your hours?


We deliver from 11 a.m to midnight, 7 days a week.


- Why do I have to set up an account?

Our software asks you to set up an account with your email address so that all of your order information can be saved. Multiple addresses and credit cards can be saved on this account to make future ordering easier. Your email is used to provide receipts and updates for your current order, and allows us to send you coupon codes and other deals. You can easily unsubscribe from any promotional material while still receiving important order information. 


- Why do I have to confirm my account?


We ask customers to either call and confirm their account, or review and confirm their information via email. This is to ensure that their aren't any mistakes in the phone number or address, which is especially important in a town full of hospitals and campus buildings. You will only have to do this the first time you order. 


- What if I forget my account information?


We do not have access to customer accounts or their passwords. If you aren't sure of your account information, your best option is to create a new account.


- What does delivery cost?

The delivery fee is $1 per mile from the restaurant to you, starting at $2.99. There may be a small service fee depending on the restaurant. There are no hidden fees; everything will be listed on your receipt.  


- Does the delivery fee count as my tip?


Our drivers work for tips and the delivery fee is not a tip. When you go to checkout, you will be asked if you'd like to add a pre-tip. If you aren't sure how much to tip, our software can automatically calculate a 15%, 20%, or a 25% tip for your convenience. You will also have the opportunity to tip on your card when the driver arrives. 


- How long will it take to get my order?


Your order will typically be at your door in 15-40 minutes. These times will vary during busy restaurant hours, rush hour, sporting events, or adverse weather. Some restaurants take longer to prepare food than others. You will see an estimated delivery time when you check out; these are not always when your food will arrive, but if there is a significant delay of your food, we will give you a call.


- How far away do you deliver?


We deliver up to 5 miles away from any of our restaurants. 


- I'm done selecting my food. How do I check-out?


There is a check-out button on the top-right corner of your screen. You will be asked for your address, payment method, and any special notes for your delivery driver if you aren't already logged into your account. Please make sure you double check your food, address, and phone number!


- What is the comment box?


Once you check-out, you will have the option to leave a customer comment. Please drop us a note! We love to hear your feedback; tell us how we are doing and it may appear on our site. Please do not use this box to give directions, request a cancellation, refund, or anything that may require immediate attention. For that, call us at (352) 224-5555. 


- Something is wrong with my order. Can I get a refund?


If there is something missing or incorrect with your order, we will try to remedy it the best we can, whether by sending a driver back to you or refunding part of your money. If any money is returned to you, we will email you a new receipt. Please keep in mind that refunds for food that has already been made are at the restaurant's discretion. We will not be able to provide any refunds if we are not contacted within 30 minutes of your food being delivered. We will also not be able to provide any refunds if we cannot contact you and cannot get into your building (e.g, if you are in a dorm and we cannot reach you via phone or email).


- If I'm refunded some money or I cancel my order, why do I still see a charge on my bank statement?

We do not finalize payments until the end of the day. When you place an order, the funds are captured as a pending transaction to ensure they will be available when it's time to charge you. The pending charge will drop off of your statement, or the charge will be corrected, at the end of the night. 


- Where can I get the most recent 352Delivery news?

- I'd like my restaurant to be featured on your site / I'm interested in employment opportunities. How can get more information?

For restaurant partnerships, you can click on the site menu button in the top-left corner of the screen and select Partner With Us; you can fill out and submit an application and we will contact you as soon as possible. You can also email us at Contact@352Delivery.com or call our office for immediate assistance. 

For a driving position, there is an employment application at the bottom of the restaurant list on the left side of the screen. We will contact you as soon as possible for more information after you've submitted an application. If you do not hear from us within the week, feel free to send us an email. Please do not call our office. Also note that we do not hire over Winter and Summer breaks.  


- I have a different question than the ones listed here! Should I just call you?


You can feel free to call our office during business hours at 352-224-5555. However, it will be much easier if you use the Live Help option, which is found on the right side of the screen, which will put you in touch with an office staff member between the hours of 11am and midnight.
