Blue Highway at Tioga, located in Tioga Town Center, the second location, opened in 2009, answering the demand for high quality pizza in the more suburban NW Gainesville area. It’s a slightly more “uptown” setting but the food is just as incredible as it is at our original location. We have also been able to add pastas and fabulous daily specials to the menu.

Specialty Pizzas  

Our breads, pizzas and calzones all start the same way. A combination of flours, fresh yeast, sea salt, olive oil and water are mixed until a perfect dough is born. That living mixture is allowed to rest for 24 hours, growing and developing the rich flavor you will taste in the finished product. Then our Pizzaiolos hand toss each pizza to order.
