At Muneca's fresh and local ingredients means it’s flavorful and healthy. We get all of our Tempeh from Gainesville’s own Artomoro Tempeh, our Catfish from Wildman Foods, Shrimp from Docks of Mayport Florida, our other meats come from Florida Foods, our veggies from Wards, Rainbow Produce, and the farmers of Union Street Farmers Market. Our new menu has options for vegans and meat eaters so there is something for everyone to enjoy.
